IT Project Management Support - Stage GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER 

Chanel Coordination Italia è una realtà della galassia CHANEL della Divisione Moda che ha sede presso il Global Distribution Centre (GDC) di Vittuone (MI).

Il GDC si occupa del controllo qualità e della distribuzione fisica dei prodotti Chanel in tutte le boutique del mondo.

In un contesto di trasformazione e, a supporto dell'evoluzione e del miglioramento delle nostre attività, cerchiamo un IT Project Management Support Traineea riporto dell’IT Manager del Global Distribution Center.

Le attività principali saranno:

Supporto nell'implementazione di progetti di innovazione IT all'interno del Global Distribution Center

Gestione del supporto all’utente finale del Distribution Center sia attraverso contatto mail-chat, sia in prossimità sul luogo dell’intervento

Gestione ticket di supporto tecnico di primo livello e attivazione del secondo livello di supporto se richiesto

Gestione del parco hardware: pc fissi, portatili, telefoni cellulari apple, terminali mobile Android, network e cablaggi eInstallazione hardware e software base e di primo livello

Custodia del magazzino IT e segnalazione delle mancanze

Supportoai clienti interni in occasione dell'organizzazione di eventi e/o riunioni

Gestione livello 1 di Active Directory e ambiente Azure, risorse Azure

SupportoO365 (Forms, Sway, SharePoint)

Media e comunicazioni, predisposizione eventi, ambienti e soluzioni broadcast, streaming, multimedia

Configurazione e installazione di device IOT

Supporto livello 1 di Sistemi di automazione WMS – WCS, configurazione stampanti etichette e device mobile Zebra

Profilo:

Laureato o Studente Universitario in discipline Ingegneristiche, Informatiche o in comunicazione digitale

E’ alla prima esperienza o viene da esperienze simili in ruoli di supporto tecnico preferibilmente in realtà logistiche e produttive.

Conoscenza del pacchetto Office; Windows, IOS, Android; conoscenza sistemi multimediali in ambito AUDIO/VIDEO;

Capacità di analisi e orientamento al problem solving

Ottime capacità comunicative e nel trasferire le informazioni e forte orientamento al servizio interno

Capacità di creare sinergie tra gli attori coinvolti nei processi

Conoscenza base di sistemi operativi ed amministrazione Windows

Capacità di lavorare in gruppo

Conoscenza della lingua inglese (B1/B2), nice to haveconoscenza della lingua francese
