The Role
Il ruolo di Assistant Store Manager copre diverse mansioni nel sito di Deliveroo HOP. Sarai responsabile del sito in assenza del site manager, garantendo il corretto svolgimento del turno, inclusa la gestione delle spedizioni, assicurandoti che consegniamo generi alimentari in linea con i nostri Indicatori e collaborando con i rider. Una parte importante di questo ruolo riguarda la tua capacità di sostituirti in qualsiasi ruolo sul sito.

Condurre audit settimanali del magazzino per garantire la sicurezza delle operazioniGarantire il rispetto degli standard del sito quotidianamenteCollaborare con il Warehouse Manager per mantenere e fornire alti standardGestire un team di 4 o più personeResponsabilità di apertura e chiusuraGestire manutenzione e comunicare con i fornitoriGestire il magazzino e gli ordiniGestire le richieste dei clienti, Risolvere problematiche in tempo realeRequirements
Conoscenza delle normative sulla sicurezza alimentare e sulla salute e sicurezzaFormazione di primo soccorso ideale (formazione fornita)Esperienza nel raggiungere obiettivi e nel controllo dello stockBackground nel settore con 2 anni di esperienza managerialeDisponibilità a lavorare in orari flessibili durante serate e weekendPerché Deliveroo?
