Position Information


Datalogic Group is looking for a candidate joining the Corporate ICT Department.
The position will be member of the Business Demand & Applications team reporting directly to the Global Enterprise Systems Manager and will be based in Datalogic HQ in Lippo di Calderara (BO).

Role Mission


The role will develop in ABAP, SAPSCRIPT and web tool working together with business analyst and users from various departments, as well as tool to manage the integration between application., software solutions directly with the Business analyst and users from various departments and will be also responsible for maintaining accurate user, role, and profile management. 

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and maintain ABAP and Web applications to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
• Manage users, roles, and profiles.
• Translates business requirements into technical requirements, designs and develop solutions.
• Manage processes to upgrade and maintain assigned systems. Work with vendors to resolve issues and develop the solution that cannot be readily addressed using in-house resources.
• Draft and submit technical specifications and diagrams that document existing systems or outlines the build of prospective systems.
• In conjunction with other ICT teams, establish and maintain an appropriate test environment and execute appropriate application test plans for assigned applications.
• Corporate maintenance and evolution on ERP (SAP), CRM (MS Dynamics 365) and company integrations (sFTP, EDI, APIs, Boomi) 
• Manage Datalogic's custom web applications (existing and new).

Qualifications/Requirements


Education: Master Degree in Software Engineer, Informatics, Management Engineer, Economics 
Language: Fluent English, written and verbal communication
Experience: 1-3 years in experience develop, mainly ABAP, Sapscript, SAP Cloud Platform and Web programming.

Other Information & Specific Skills


• Cloud computing basic understanding
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

• Develop code preferably ABAP or other
• Experience in technology like Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Boomi, .net
