La divisione Engineering di CLAIRE JOSTER by Eurofirms Group, Società di Ricerca e Selezione del Personale, è alla ricerca di una figura di Project Manager per azienda cliente nel settore automotive, in provincia di Torino.
Responsabilità:
- Supervisionare e coordinare tutte le attività operative per garantire efficienza e produttività,
- Monitorare e analizzare le prestazioni operative giornaliere, implementando azioni correttive quando necessario.
- Analizzare e migliorare i processi aziendali per ridurre i costi e migliorare la qualità dei prodotti/servizi.
- Implementare tecniche di miglioramento continuo come Lean, Six Sigma o altre metodologie di gestione della qualità.
- Coordinare personale interno ed esterno per l'esecuzione dei progetti ed il rispetto dei tempi.
- Sviluppare e mantenere piani di formazione per migliorare le competenze del personale.
- Sviluppare e implementare piani operativi per raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali a breve e lungo termine.
- Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per allineare le attività operative con gli obiettivi strategici dell'azienda.
- Monitorare i processi di produzione per garantire che i prodotti/servizi soddisfino gli standard di qualità stabiliti.
- Gestire e risolvere i problemi di qualità in modo tempestivo ed efficace.
- Identificare e risolvere tempestivamente eventuali problemi operativi per evitare interruzioni della produzione.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia, Management o discipline affini.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi, preferibilmente in ambito metalmeccanico
- Certificazioni PMP (Project Management Professional) o equivalenti sono considerate un plus.
- Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.
- Forti competenze analitiche e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e gestire più progetti contemporaneamente.
- Conoscenza avanzata dei principali strumenti di project management (ad esempio, MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
