Il/La candidato/a avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Supportare il Sales Manager nella strategia di vendita al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi.
  • Garantire la gestione tempestiva dei preventivi per blocchi di camere e per le richieste di eventi.
  • Negoziare con i clienti al fine di ottenere il massimo beneficio in base al budget e alla strategia definita.
  • Stipulare e redigere contratti commerciali per blocchi di camere/eventi e aggiungere tutte le informazioni nei sistemi dell'hotel (elenco delle camere, richieste speciali, politiche di conferma e cancellazione, ecc.).
  • Seguire dopo la partenza/fine dell'evento per assicurarsi che tutti i pagamenti siano stati saldati e le fatture siano state emesse.
  • Garantire un'eccellente trasmissione delle informazioni a tutti i reparti dell'hotel una volta contrattato un gruppo o un evento.
  • Organizzare sopralluoghi e fam-visit sia per eventi che per gruppi di imprese potenziali e già confermate.
  • Mantenere forti rapporti con partner e consulenti tenendo traccia della produzione.
  • Partecipare a fiere, roadshow ed eventi locali secondo il piano di viaggio annuale approvato.

Il/La candidato/a ideale possiede le seguenti caratteristiche:

  • Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo, all'interno dell'hospitality di lusso e del segmento Leisure.
  • Esperienza nel Proactive Selling.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese.
  • Conoscenza di Opera PMS e utilizzo professionale di Office e Outlook.
  • Forte attenzione ai dettagli e grandi capacità di comunicazione.
  • Capacità di pianificazione, multitasking e gestione del tempo.
  • Passione per il settore alberghiero.
  • Capacità di lavorare in gruppo e flessibilità.
