Il/La candidato/a sarà inserito/a nell’ufficio Partnership e Progetti Speciali all’interno della Direzione Innovazione. La Direzione ha il compito di definire il piano Ricerca e Innovazione di prodotto e di processo per Fincantieri e le Società Controllate e di verificarne la realizzazione. La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del Program Management IPCEI Hy2Tech alle dipendenze del LPE di programma e seguirà un importante progetto di sviluppo relativo all’Ecosistema Europeo dell’idrogeno, caratterizzato da tecnologie all’avanguardia, complessità di relazioni e partnership nell’ambito europeo, che garantisce i contatti con le società leader del settore. Il progetto IPCEI Hy2Tech di Fincantieri è stato autorizzato dalla Commissione Europea per l’assegnazione di finanziamenti da parte dello Stato Membro e il decreto di concessione emesso dal Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy definisce gli obiettivi che il progetto deve raggiungere. Tale decreto di concessione rappresenta il documento impegnativo a cui il Program Management IPCEI Hy2Tech dovrà attenersi.


La figura si occuperà di supportare il Project IPCEI Hy2Tech Governance Manager e i Project Manager di ciascun Work Package nella pianificazione ed esecuzione del piano di Dissemination e Spillover.

Attività

Come Dissemination and Spillover Coordinator, la figura avrà le seguenti responsabilità di seguito indicati:

Supportare il Project IPCEI Hy2Tech Governance Manager per l’implementazione del piano di Dissemination e Spillover e la gestione dei rapporti con le Università e Research and Technology Organisations (RTO), lavorando a stretto contatto con i Project Manager dei Work Package; Rispettare gli standard di Project Management e monitorare la corretta osservanza della documentazione di progetto; Preparazione degli eventi interni ed esterni di disseminazione e del conseguente coordinamento con gli enti coinvolti; Redazione della documentazione di diffusione dei Project Deliverable tecnici e dell’Annual State of Activities Report; Coordinare i partner diretti e indiretti di progetto per la preparazione delle attività di Dissemination e Spillover e garantire il raggiungimento dei KPIs prefissati; Preparazione e aggiornamento degli accordi di riservatezza e Letter of Interest in cooperazione con Project IPCEI Hy2Tech Governance Manager.

Requisiti

Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 2 anni nella programmazione e gestione dei piani comunicativi di progetti di innovazione e/o di progetti finanziati; Attenzione alle tematiche di Innovation Management, Open Innovation e Intellectual Property Management; Eccellenti doti comunicative; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza di un’altra lingua è un plus; Esperienza nell’organizzazione di attività complesse; Disponibilità a viaggiare in Europa.
