Business unit Merci Sedi Toscana/Firenze Nell’ambito della Direzione Merci, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Category che riporterà al Business Manager di competenza.

La risorsa inserita: sarà responsabile delle performance economiche del reparto (vendite e margine lordo) contribuirà alla definizione e costruzione degli assortimenti in coerenza con le politiche assortimentali di Cooperativa, con l’analisi dei trend di mercato e con le indicazioni provenienti dalla rete di vendita e dagli ispettori si interfaccerà con l’ufficio “visual merchandising”, con marketing e settore pubblicità per la costruzione del volantino periodico si occuperà di Pricing garantendo il posizionamento competitivo sulla base delle linee guida fornite dal business manager definendo i prezzi di vendita su continuativi, promo e campagne e la loro applicazione; monitorerà la concorrenza relativamente a prezzi, assortimenti, display, innovazione, anche attraverso visite mirate, organizzate con il proprio business manager definirà e imposterà le meccaniche promozionali seguendo le indicazioni del business manager e della Direzione Marketing Requisiti e competenze: flessibilità ed attitudine a lavorare in team competenze informatiche, familiarità con strumenti come Microsoft Office in particolare ottima dimestichezza con Excel e software di gestione degli acquisti. buona conoscenza statistica di base
Saranno inoltre considerati in maniera preferenziale i candidati che abbiano maturato esperienze professionali come buyer .

La sede di lavoro sarà  Sede Operativa di Unicoop Firenze a Scandicci (FI)

Sarà previsto all’ingresso un percorso di induction con l’obiettivo di facilitare e monitorare l’inserimento della risorsa all’interno della realtà lavorativa di Unicoop Firenze.
