To strengthen our Immunology team , based in our affiliate in Milan, Italy, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Ecosystem Lead Rheum-Bone South Italy (Puglia, Campania, Basilicata, Calabria).
About the role
The role is field based and has a nationwide accountability.
Your responsibilities in this role include:
Cross functional leadership of the Local Patient Value Units (LVPU) in the assigned ecosystem (field team across multiple roles such as Sales, MSL, Market Access, in some cases with direct reporting line, in some cases in alignment with a functional line manager) Develop and ensure the execution of the tailored strategies for the assigned ecosystem and empower the LPVU to own the full accountability on achieving the common strategic goals, in relation to:partnership and long-term relations with various relevant health ecosystem stakeholders;building and maintaining trustful advocates in the relevant therapeutic areasecuring and maintaining optimal access;leading market position in focused patient segments;driving growth, sustainability and profitability of the franchise. Recruit if needed, identify training needs, coach and develop field team in the Rheumatology & Bone therapeutic Area according to the ecosystem insights and competitive landscape. In partnership with the local and EU Medical Community, ensuring the right level of scientific knowledge for all members of the LPVU to deliver value for all external ecosystem partnerships and interactions Ensuring the local franchise operates to highest standards of science, ethics, compliance and quality when educating and engaging with external stakeholders, promoting, selling and distributing its products by complying with UCB code of business conduct and Farmaindustria guidelines.You will work with
You will closely collaborate with the commercial teams, but also Medical and Market Access departments.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or healthcare required B.A., PharmD, PhD or MD is preferred Experience on leading and managing a field team (Sales and/or MSLs and/or Market Access) is required Experience on Rheumatology or Bone Therapeutic areas is preferred 3+ years of healthcare related sales, marketing, market access or medical experience, in a leadership position Experience within a variety of functional roles is preferred Strong in analytics, business planning, tactical plan development, execution and sense of urgency Good level of English enabling valuable interactions and learning through EU Ecosystem Lead communityAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
