In qualità d Sales Development Lead farai parte del team Sales e sarai responsabile della gestione & SME sul territorio, del raggiungimento dei target sui canali di vendita di competenza e dell’implementazione e sviluppo in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali:
Organizzare e condividere le linee guida business con i team di sales HQ e sul territorio nazionale, con particolare focus nella gestione del segmento business in tutti i canali distributivi attuali o nuovi (es, negozi multibrand, Large Chains, Stores, etc) Organizzare le attività di vendita e training, in coordinamento con HQ, per rispettare e traguardare gli obiettivi commerciali, Creare, condividere e declinare con HQ i modelli di commissioning business sulla rete commerciale e sui punti vendita in accordo con le linee guida definite dalle strutture di HQ Definire in accordo con le strutture di HQ, i KPI’s quantitativi e qualitativi al fine di migliorare le performance del canale Definire i requisiti di visibilità per i punti vendita, da condividere con il trade marketing, per promuovere e sviluppare la brand awareness e l’offerta business di iliad in accordo con le linee guida di HQ Ricercare nuove opportunità in accordo con le linee guida generali definite da HQ al fine di sviluppare, incrementare e consolidare il segmento business di iliad Analizzare i trend di mercato ed identificare nuove opportunità implementando attività volte ad aumentare della clientela e le relative vendite Stabilire e mantenere relazioni solide con i principali clienti e fornitori Monitorare e sostenere le attività e le negoziazioni aziendali con i vari canali e partner massimizzando la visibilità e promozione del brand iliad
Nello svolgimento di tali compiti, il Sales Development Lead si uniformerà alle
indicazioni della Società e del Gruppo e ad ogni policy o regolamento applicabile, gestendo una pluralità di progetti con sovrapposizione di attività ed adottando un approccio fortemente collaborativo e orientato al lavoro in team
Requisiti
Laurea o esperienza equivalente Consolidata esperienza maturata nell’ambito business Eccellenti capacità di relazione interpersonale e di negoziazione Eccellenti capacità di costruzione e consolidamento del network business Orientamento agli obiettivi e al risultato Orientamento alla ricerca di soluzioni innovative Piena padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office Ottima capacità di leadership e di problem solving Energia, flessibilità e proattività Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente sul territorio nazionaleNice to have
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Esperienza in trade marketing Esperienza nella gestione di diversi canali distributivi Interesse ed esperienza nel settore delle telecomunicazioni Conoscenza Tableu Conoscenza Power BI
