La risorsa inserita dimostrerà la responsabilità nella comunicazione di obiettivi, programmi e processi aziendali per un'area o un segmento aziendale. In questo ruolo, utilizzerai la tua esperienza o competenza per risolvere problemi, sviluppare ed eseguire obiettivi per sé e per gli altri e avere la capacità di realizzare obiettivi aziendali a breve e alcuni a lungo termine.
Principali mansioni e responsabilità:
- Assegnare priorità e implementare più progetti simultanei di miglioramento dei processi, da soli o come parte di ai team multifunzionale, per guidare la soddisfazione del cliente e la produttività aziendale.
- Analizzare i limiti di produzione e servizio, quindi sviluppare, implementare e valutare la garanzia della qualità
- processi di campionamento, procedure e tecniche statistiche per monitorare l'andamento sforzi di miglioramento.
- Supervisionare la valutazione delle apparecchiature di prova, misurazioni di precisione, misurazioni di precisione e test delle prestazioni.
- Collaborare con il Material Review Board per smaltire il materiale non conforme e definire la riparazione
- Collaborare con i team di sviluppo di nuovi prodotti per approvare nuovi fornitori di materiali/servizi utilizzati
- realizzazione del prodotto;
- Collaborare con l'ingegneria di supporto e l'ingegneria di produzione per risolvere i problemi di qualità correlati

- Raccogliere, organizzare, monitorare e distribuire informazioni per la Società e per clienti/fornitori
- relative alla qualità del prodotto e al miglioramento dei processi.
- Fornire un'ingegneria di qualità avanzata dell'introduzione di nuovi prodotti che coinvolgono nuovi processi o
- apparecchiature automatizzate avanzate.
- Agire come consulente (come autorità riconosciuta) per la qualità, la produzione e l'ingegneria organizzazioni per migliorare i processi di qualità e produzione, introdurre nuovi prodotti e migliorare design del prodotto.
- Misurare e analizzare i kpi di qualità (quarantena, DPU, FTY, perdite…) per definire progetti di miglioramento.
- Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Aeronautica o Industriale.
- Esperienza junior in un ruolo di progettazione/produzione/qualità in ambito industriale.
- Capacità di: leggere i disegni tecnici e le specifiche; analizzare i dati in base a diagrammi di esecuzione e funzionalità.
- Capacità di analizzare i problemi, identificare le cause profonde e fornire soluzioni efficienti.
- Capacità di gestire diverse attività contemporaneamente.
- Capacità di lavorare in un'organizzazione a matrice.
- Inglese e italiano fluente.
- Permesso di lavoro UE.
