Per il nostro Headquarter di Roma siamo alla ricerca di un/a Project Control Assistant .

QUALIFICHE E SOFT SKILLS:

Laurea in Ingegneria; Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo; Ottima conoscenza del software di controllo di gestione STP Vision CPM/SAP od alternativi; Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, ecc.); Buona padronanza del software Primavera P6 e Microsoft Project; Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di relazione; Integrità e discrezione; Buone capacità di gestione dello stress; Spiccate capacità di team working; Conoscenza della lingua inglese; Puntualità nella gestione delle scadenze, estrema precisione e flessibilità organizzativa completano il profilo; Disponibilità al trasferimento.

MANSIONI:

Supporto ai Cantieri durante le fasi di start-up ed esecuzione dei lavori in ambito di Pianificazione e Controllo; Assistenza ai reparti di Controllo Costi nella redazione dei Budget di Commessa (Riordino di Offerta, prima emissione, successive revisioni, emissione di previsioni trimestrali e annuali); Supporto al Controllo Tecnico Economico per le Commessa assegnate, analizzando gli scostamenti esposti nei controlli di efficacia ed efficienza (Earned Value Management) e supervisionando la predisposizione della reportistica mensile nel rispetto delle scadenze aziendali; Redazione di report mensili da fornire al Responsabile di Funzione, volti a descrivere sinteticamente i risultati delle verifiche mensili sugli avanzamenti gestionali/operativi dei Cantieri; Promozione, assistenza e miglioramento continuo in ambito di processi, procedure e strumenti gestionali per le sedi e sui Cantieri; Verifica e monitoraggio dell’andamento Economico, Finanziario e Patrimoniale delle Commesse; Assistenza alle richieste sollevate dal Responsabile di Funzione e dalle Direzioni Tecniche e di Cantiere; Supporto alle attività afferenti alla gestione dei Rischi e redazione e stesura dei Piani Industriali e Business Plan di Area.
