Sales SpecialistWorkshop Products (Garage Equipment)
La figura viene inserita all’interno del reparto che sioccupa di sistemi di diagnosi/attrezzatura per officine (Hella Gutmann) e sioccupa di sviluppare la rete distributiva e le vendite per quanto riguarda iclienti assegnati (distributori, ricambisti, officine) nel territorio delcentro/sud Italia al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di sviluppo di fatturatoin sinergia con le altre funzioni di vendita e nel rispetto della politicacommerciale predefinita, delle procedure e dei limiti prestabiliti e, piùprecisamente:
YOUR TASKS
Segnalal’evoluzione della domanda e l’offerta della concorrenza e relazionasull’andamento del mercato. Propone iniziative per incrementare le vendite econtrastare la concorrenza; Raccoglieinformazioni e dati utili per l’acquisizione dei clienti, incluse le officine, eli riporta nelle forme predefinite per consentirne la corretta codifica eparametrizzazione in SAP; Coltivaun rapporto di fiducia coi clienti, assicura assistenza commerciale einformazione sulle condizioni vigenti e sulle iniziative commerciali epromozionali realizzate dalla sede; Impostaofferte dedicate conformemente alle condizioni standard e ai limiti predefinitidalle funzioni responsabili competenti; Valutale richieste commerciali dei clienti e discute con la funzione responsabileeventuali offerte mirate; Fornisceassistenza per facilitare il recupero del credito da parte dell’azienda; Assicural’assistenza tecnica necessaria nella fase di start-up e l’assistenzapre/post-vendita sulla gamma di articoli e relative applicazioni, affianca idistributori nella loro attività presso le officine; Collaboraall’esame di eventuali problemi tecnici evidenziati da clienti e all’attivitàper la loro soluzione; Supportal’organizzazione di fiere, incontri commerciali / presentazioni aziendali,corsi tecnici ed eventi vari, cui partecipa attivamente; Supportal’informazione tecnica per la clientela, in particolare durante gli eventirivolti alle officine.Ilcandidato ideale ha maturato una significativa esperienza tecnica commercialenella gestione di clienti strutturati, ha una buona conoscenza della linguainglese ed è basato nel centro sud Italia.
