As Group Executive, you will join a passionate team, guaranteeing exceptional service within one of the largest and most dynamic hotel groups in the world which has an expanding portfolio with more than 1100 hotels with global presence. 


Your new role as Group Executive will include the following main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all group inquiries are handled in accordance with Radisson Hotel Group standards and within agreed timelines, ensuring that corporate standards are met and adhered to.
  • Carry out the processing of requests, from lead qualification until the negotiation and signing of the contract, ensuring that all the tools of the Radisson Hotel Group are used for the best possible conversion.
  • Assist in converting requests across multiple platforms. Contribute to an ambitious sales culture within the team to seize all sales opportunities for the Radisson Hotel Group.
  • Collaborate with other team members to maximize customer satisfaction, adopting a positive and responsive approach to inquiries and providing resolution to issues that may arise.
  • Develop and reinforce own skills and knowledge at every opportunity within the Meeting & Events department.

  • Ability to find creative solutions and make recommendations 
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • Know how to manage a steady pace of work, prioritize requests according to urgency and importance 
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with existing customers and accounts • Be customer oriented and passionate about hospitality 
  • Fluent in Italian, English and German – additional language skills are welcome 
  • Experience as an M&E Consultant or
    Group reservations specialist in the hotel sector is appreciated but not essential
