This position reports to

Global Product Manager Director

Your role and responsibilities

Develops pricing strategies for the ELIP EUC and ROW region, to maximize profit and market share, while ensuring customer satisfaction with ABB. Establishes a robust pricing infrastructure and pricing policies to deliver measurable results.
Develops and implements a sustainable process to gather market pricing data on offerings from ABB and the competitors across the region.
Develops effective and efficient standards and special pricing strategy in line with the region division strategy, value, competition, and cost/profit.
Establishes pricing guidelines and ensures their application/adherence within the relevant organization.
Develops and analyzes the pricing structure and the conditions to calculate profit reserves.
Proposes strategic and operational pricing corrections as appropriate, for approval by the regional division Sales/Portfolio/Product Manager/financial controller.
Creates, implements, and maintains information on regional pricing to ensure proper internal transfer pricing across local business units and regions and establishes the processes to manage pricing requests beyond the scope of agreed guidelines.
Develops pricing concepts to establish and manage region, LSO and channel and/or crossdivisional pricings, such as inframe agreements and key accounts/ industrial segment requirements, to ensure consistency.
Develops pricing tools and processes to support professional pricing at all management levels. Such PriceIT, PowerBi and similar.

Qualifications for the role

  • You highly skilled in portfolio managmentm business strategy and market intelligence.
  • You enjoy working with {relevant tools and methodologies} and the {insert relevant industry/sector} market
  • You have at least five years of experience in similar role
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of pricing excellence and Regulation and Legal Compliance
  • Degree in Business Administration field or in Management Engineer
  • You are at ease communicating in english and italian
