Cosa farai in Larin

  • Esploratore/Esploratrice di prodotti. Conoscerai a fondo i nostri servizi, e sarai presto capace di individuare le soluzioni migliori per ciascun cliente, illustrando i vantaggi dei prodotti di Larin Group con passione e competenza.
  • Cacciatore/Cacciatrice di tesori. La tua missione sarà di identificare i lead più promettenti, comprendere le loro esigenze e trasformarli in clienti soddisfatti.
  • Creatore/Creatrice di percorsi di scoperta. Ogni proposta commerciale sarà una guida per i clienti attraverso il valore dei nostri prodotti e servizi, adattandoti alle loro specifiche necessità.
  • Appassionato/a della negoziazione. La tua abilità nelle trattative sarà fondamentale per chiudere accordi di valore.
  • Pioniere/a di nuovi business. Cercherai le migliori opportunità di business, esplorando nuovi mercati e segmenti.
  • Gestione del ciclo di vendita. Gestirai ogni fase del ciclo di vendita, dalla prospezione alla chiusura.
  • Capacità analitica. Sarai responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e dell’utilizzo efficace di strumenti come il CRM.
  • Collaborazione interfunzionale. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i team di marketing e account management.
  • Networking digitale. Amplierai il nostro funnel di vendita, coltivando relazioni di valore con i clienti.
  • Libertà digitale. Godrai della flessibilità del lavoro remoto.

Cosa cerchiamo in te

  • Partita IVA. Possiedi o sei disposto ad aprire una partita IVA.
  • Esperienza. Hai una solida esperienza nelle vendite B2B, soprattutto nel new business.
  • Capacità di vendita. Sei abile nel gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita.
  • Orientamento ai risultati. Sei motivato/a a superare gli obiettivi di vendita.
  • Organizzazione. Sei strutturato/a e metodico/a nella gestione del tempo.
  • Comunicazione. Sai comunicare in modo efficace e preparare presentazioni.
  • Lavoro in team. Ami lavorare in squadra, ma sei anche capace di gestire progetti in autonomia.
  • Esperienza/Conoscenza/Passione per il marketing, la comunicazione e la tecnologia.
  • Un network consolidato nel Nord-Est Italia.
  • Spirito imprenditoriale con la capacità di identificare nuove opportunità di business.
