Job Description
The Role
Identifying new projects and opportunities for the Motel One and The Cloud One Hotel brands in Italy.
Active engagement with property owners, developers, investors and consultants.
Growing the network of business partners and property experts throughout Italy.
Analysing, negotiating and acquiring new developments as well as conversion opportunities.
Representing the company externally as our brand ambassador.
Qualifications
Your Experience
Relevant experience in the Italian property market, e.g. as a developer, consultant/broker or with a hotel group.
A personal network of contacts in the property sector.
You are motivated, dynamic, proactive and keen to drive the growth of our Motel One and The Cloud One Hotel brands.
You have excellent communication skills and know how to win over decision-makers to secure and deliver new projects.
You have a can-do attitude, are full of energy and deal oriented.
You are ideally based in Milan.
