Isolkappa, la società-simbolo nella produzione di soluzioni e sistemi isolanti eco-efficienti in EPS, con la mission di contribuire alla riqualificazione energetica e al miglioramento del confort abitativo attraverso un modello di business sostenibile, capace di coniugare innovazione, produttività, competitività, rispetto dell’ambiente e con al centro il capitale umano quale proprio punto di forza, apre due posizioni in ufficio tecnico Commerciale per Tirocinanti provenienti da studi di Ingegneria, Architettura ed equipollenti, da integrare nell’organico dello stabilimento di Battipaglia (SA).

I candidati ideali saranno in grado di porsi da collettori su aspetti tecnici e commerciali con specifici segmenti di clientela.

I candidati selezionati affronteranno un percorso di formazione intensivo durante il quale approfondiranno temi e competenze legate a 5 diverse aree:

  1. Comunicazione
  2. Consulenza
  3. Gestione
  4. Relazione
  5. Coordinamento,

Formazione

Desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidati che vogliano sviluppare competenze consulenziali, di marketing e di analisi, ai quali affidare una specifica linee di intervento tecnico/commerciale dell’azienda che tenda alla massima soddisfazione dell’utente finale.

Sarà una persona in grado di entrare nel dettaglio delle problematiche tecniche del prodotto Isolkappa e degli strumenti ad esso legati, di analizzare con cura i dati per proporre soluzioni, interfacciandosi di volta in volta con gli uffici di competenza (Amministrazione, uff Tecnico, Logistica etc…) al fine di porsi da elemento di interfaccia completa con l’utente.

Dovrà possedere una spiccata attitudine relazionale e di comunicazione, quali indispensabili strumenti di lavoro e per esprimere al massimo la propria funzione consulenziale.

Studi
Diploma/laurea in ambito tecnico (diploma di Geometra, laurea in ing. civile, Edile, Architettura).

Cosa offriamo
Un periodo di Tirocinio retribuito della durata di 4/6 mesi per poi valutare l’inserimento in organico nel ruolo di Technical and Sales Account Vertical.
