What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Success Specialist focused on high-tech solutions, you’ll be the go-to for our clients—helping them find the best-fit IT solutions and supporting their and our growth. Your work will be a mix of guiding customers, finding ways to build on their success with our products, and building new opportunities.

In this role, you will:

  • Build Relationships: Engage with clients regularly, making sure they feel heard, understood, and fully supported.

  • Solve Problems: Identify the right server and storage solutions for each customer’s needs, helping them get the most out of our products.

  • Drive Growth: Spot opportunities for customers to grow with us, whether through cross-selling or introducing new products that fit their needs.

  • Support Technical Needs: Be the first point of contact for technical questions, coordinating with our internal teams as needed.

  • Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with sales, brand managers, and marketing to roll out new ideas and campaigns that help clients succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • A problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly.

  • A solid understanding of server and storage technology (or the willingness to learn).

  • Someone who’s team-oriented and passionate about helping customers thrive.
