Stiamo cercando il nostro nuovo Office Manager a Treviso, Italia
Ecco le principali responsabilità del ruolo:
Gestione delle Strutture
- Contatto locale per il proprietario e partecipazione agli incontri.
- Gestione dei contratti di locazione e manutenzione, inclusa la gestione del budget.
- Coordinamento con fornitori esterni per riparazioni e gestione degli ordini di acquisto.
- Supervisione della sicurezza e del sistema di videosorveglianza.
Salute e Sicurezza (H&S)
- Primo punto di contatto per tutte le questioni di H&S.
- Gestione della policy locale di H&S, valutazioni dei rischi e conformità legale.
- Coordinamento con professionisti esterni e organizzazione di formazione e controlli medici.
- Responsabile delle esercitazioni antincendio e della gestione del sistema di allarme e delle chiavi.
Supporto Amministrativo
- Gestione della conformità legale e della corrispondenza con le autorità locali.
- Amministrazione e documentazione per procedure specifiche e progetti speciali.
Amministrazione del Parco Auto
- Gestione del parco auto locale, inclusi ordini, consegne e assicurazioni.
- Coordinamento dei pagamenti delle tasse automobilistiche e delle multe.
Mansioni di Reception e Amministrazione
- Risposta al telefono, accoglienza dei visitatori e gestione del registro dei visitatori.
- Gestione della posta, delle prenotazioni delle sale riunioni e mantenimento dello spazio di lavoro.
Assicurazioni
- Gestione delle assicurazioni locali e dei rinnovi annuali.
Competenze e capacità richieste:

- Comunicazione: il candidato ideale sarà in grado di comunicare in modo chiaro a una varietà di pubblici.

Lingua : italiano madrelingua e inglese professionale/fluent.
Il candidato ideale avrà oltre 5 anni di esperienza amministrativa , preferibilmente con responsabilità nella gestione delle strutture.
