Nella Divisione Certificazione Sistemi di Gestione stiamo ricercando una figura di Sales Account / Area Manager / Commerciale che si occuperà di attuare le politiche di sviluppo e gestione di clienti con sedi in Emilia Romagna e Marche, mediante la promozione dei servizi aziendali di Certificazione .
Attività :
Riportando al Account Manager di Divisione, la risorsa si occuperà principalmente di:
- Definizione dei piani commerciali di lavoro, in accordo con il responsabile di riferimento, per l’applicazione e sviluppo di strategie di ricerca nuovi clienti nell’area geografica di riferimento (Emilia Romagna e Marche)
- Contatto di potenziali clienti e visite commerciali raccogliendo dati e informazioni per eventuali quotazioni e preventivi
- Contatto con il team di Assistenza Commerciale per la condivisione dei dati necessari alla formulazione delle offerte
- Interfaccia con Auditor / Consulenti / Valutatori interni ed esterni per l’analisi della fattibilità tecnica e formulazione del preventivo
- Supporto ai clienti per richieste di informazioni o spiegazioni sui Servizi aziendali e sulle quotazioni emesse
- Partecipazione a fiere, convegni, eventi di interesse tecnico-commerciale in base a richieste del responsabile e gli input dell’ufficio marketing
- Interfaccia con il Customer Care per l’erogazione del servizio
- Gestione e sviluppo del cliente
- Aver conseguito un diploma di Laurea Triennale / Magistrale costituisce titolo preferenziale
- Esperienza di almeno 4 anni nella vendita di servizi di certificazione ed ispezione nelle aree geografiche di riferimento (requisito imprescindibile)
- Spiccata propensione alla gestione del cliente e alla vendita consulenziale
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio per visite commerciali presso i clienti e partecipazione a fiere
- Domicilio in Emilia Romagna
