Job DescriptionAs an Account Executive within a team dedicated to a specific product line based on AI and computer vision, your main objective will be to demonstrate the value of this specific solution to existing clients and new ones. Your main duties will be to:
- Actively prospect a portfolio of potential clients in close collaboration with Key Account Executive.
- Upsell this specific solution to existing clients.
- Participate in RFP/tenders in close collaboration with Key Account Executive and cross-functional teams (Deal desk, Legal, Product, etc.).
- Build strong relationships with integrators and infrastructure providers.
- Ensure sales profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the retail industry, at the highest level.
- Participate in client events and trade shows.
- Successful experience (4/5 years) as an Account Executive, ideally in Retail, Software as a Service, AI, or Computer Vision.
- Familiarity with B2B technical sales cycle.
- Knowledge of the retail industry is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building skills across company levels.
- Ability to identify solution value for clients and transform this into additional sales.
- High level of personal drive and proactive work methods.
- Possess ability to prioritize the strategic tasks.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
- Able to communicate fluently in Italian and English.
This role involves frequent travel in Italy and sometimes in other European countries.
