La tua nuova azienda
Il nostro cliente è la filiale commerciale italiana di una società multinazionale operante nel Settore dei Dispositivi Medici. In ottica di ampliamento dell’organico, siamo alla ricerca di un Account Executive per la regione Toscana.
Il tuo nuovo ruolo
La figura sarà responsabile, per l'area assegnata, della gestione del successo commerciale a medio-lungo termine. In qualità di Account Executive, è chiamato/a a costruire il miglior rapporto con i professionisti sanitari selezionati al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi identificati dall’Azienda e sarà responsabile dello sviluppo del business tramite l’implementazione delle strategie aziendali finalizzate alla crescita della Market Share.
Il/la candidato/a svolgerà le seguenti attività:
- Gestione delle attività promozionali nell’area assegnata in collaborazione con gli altri dipartimenti;
- Raggiungimento dei target di vendita e profitto dei client assegnati;
- Analisi del portafoglio clienti al fine di sviluppare un piano d’azione e creare opportunità di business;
- Gestione delle gare d’appalto (dalla preparazione allo sviluppo) in collaborazione con la Direzione Commerciale;
- Costruire relazioni strategiche di lungo periodo con i clienti al fine di generare valore strategico per l’azienda.
Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo
Il/la candidato/a ideale ha conseguito una laurea in discipline scientifiche (Farmacia, CTF, Biologia e similari), ed ha maturato una pregressa esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ambito commerciale nel settore dei dispositivi medici.
Sono richieste spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative, dinamicità, capacità organizzative ed orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi preposti.
Completano il profilo una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ed una buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
