Socomec per la sua sede di Isola Vicentina (VI), per il potenziamento del team Technical & Operational Support sta ricercando un After Sales Service Engineer .

L’obiettivo della mansione è quello di dare un supporto tecnico alla rete di assistenza post vendita Italiana e internazionale, oltre che affiancare gli enti di Ricerca & Sviluppo e Qualità su progetti di miglioramento dei prodotti.

La mansione prevede le seguenti attività:

  • supporto tecnico avanzato da remoto alla rete di assistenza post vendita nazionale ed internazionale, attraverso appositi strumenti digitali;
  • garantire qualità nell’analisi della problematica e risoluzione in tempi rapidi delle problematiche segnalate dal cliente;
  • contribuire allo sviluppo e al miglioramento dei prodotti, degli strumenti, dei metodi e processi in ambito After Sales Service;
  • contribuire alla creazione della documentazione tecnica legata all’attività di assistenza e documentazione utile per la formazione del personale di assistenza;
  • formare i tecnici service, ed ove richiesto i Clienti (da remoto ed in aula);
  • saltuariamente potrebbe essere richiesto l’intervento sul campo per supportare i tecnici locali.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • diploma in ambito Elettrotecnico, Elettronico o esperienza pluriennale come installatore / tecnico interventista;
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua Italiana;
  • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • buona capacità di analisi e risoluzione di problemi tecnici (problem-solving & trouble-shooting);
  • capacità di pianificare in funzione delle priorità e delle scadenze;
  • capacità di gestire in modo adeguato le criticità che si presentano in ambito service;
  • attitudine e predisposizione al lavoro in Team;
  • buona capacità di relazionarsi con clienti esterni ed interni;
  • Disponibilità a saltuarie trasferte.
