Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring a speedy response time to their queries
- Work closely with Sales colleagues to identify and resolve client concerns
- Be the point of contact between Sales, Customer Projects, and Technical Office Teams
- Prepare technical presentations and alignments for bids and requests for proposals
Key Requirements
- Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- At least 2-5 years of work experience in a similar role
- Active listening skills and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
