CERCHIAMO DIRETTORE COMMERCIALE LINGUA: ITALIANO (REMOTE) – INFOBUSINESS POSIZIONE CON PARTITA IVA Se non hai la partita iva ti chiediamo di non candidarti Stiamo cercando un Direttore Commerciale esperto , capace di scalare un infobusiness da 1M€ a 4M€/anno , guidando 6 venditori e setter, creando processi per poter replicare e scalare il reparto e analizzando numeri. Posizione 100% da remoto Compenso: fisso percentuale sulle performance legato al fatturato e CR dei venditori LA SFIDA Abbiamo un business già validato (≈1M€/anno). Il prossimo step è strutturare, replicare ottimizzare e scalare fino a 4M€. Non cerchiamo un "capo vendite", ma un leader strategico che: costruisca un sistema commerciale solido, faccia crescere il team, guidi l'azienda verso un obiettivo condiviso.
