Job Title: Channel Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with specific partners and prospects. Identify new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions.
- Define, in accordance with company policies, the most appropriate and suitable sales actions according to the needs of each customer.
- Collaborate to define relevant commercial strategies and contribute to develop the marketing plan based on the annual budget assigned.
- Understand the customer's business, drivers, and organization, and the value that Honeywell brings to the customer to drive real business outcomes.
- Manage day-to-day and strategic business planning, quarterly results, and long-term partner goals.
- Control/build project pipeline and keep it up to date with daily cadence.

- At least 3 years of experience selling IT products and services to companies in the VAR industry. Experience in solution sales with a proven track record of successes.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers (from technical to decision-making levels).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong growth orientation with the ability to generate and drive related initiatives.
- Experience working regularly in a CRM system such as Salesforce.com.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
