Per accompagnare l'evoluzione della piattaforma e guidare la strategia di prodotto, ricerchiamo un/una Head of Product che avrà la responsabilità end-to-end della visione, della roadmap e dell'esecuzione del prodotto, con un focus su affidabilità, scalabilità e impatto reale per il mondo legale.
Definire e guidare la product vision e la roadmap, bilanciando innovazione e rigore, per affermare un punto di riferimento nell' AI legale
Costruire, guidare e far crescere un team multidisciplinare composto da product manager, ingegneri, designer ed esperti legali, promuovendo una cultura di standard elevati e chiarezza
Condurre analisi approfondite su clienti e utenti (studi legali e aziende) per individuare bisogni reali e trasformare flussi di lavoro legali complessi in soluzioni AI intuitive e ad alto valore
Progettare e implementare processi scalabili di product discovery e delivery, a supporto dell'espansione internazionale della piattaforma
Definire KPI di prodotto e metriche di successo, adottando un approccio data-driven per monitorare performance e miglioramento continuo
Garantire elevati livelli di accuratezza, affidabilità e qualità, fondamentali in un contesto regolato e ad alta responsabilità come quello legale
Esperienza nella gestione di team eterogenei, fungendo da ponte tra profili tecnici e stakeholder non tecnici (idealmente esperti legali o di dominio)
Approccio strutturato e basato sui dati nella definizione delle priorità, nell'ottimizzazione dei processi e nella governance del prodotto
Capacità di operare efficacemente in ambienti dinamici e imprenditoriali, caratterizzati da rapidità decisionale
Italiano madrelingua e inglese fluente; la conoscenza di altre lingue europee è considerata un plus
Un contesto composto da professionisti di alto livello nel mondo AI, tech e legal, orientati a risultati concreti e a un impatto misurabile.
