We are looking for A driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients.
Onboard new corporate clients of our platform to ensure they are 100% up and running.
Craft high-level onboarding documentation like user guides, videos, training materials, etc.
Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets.
Monitor and report existing and potential threats to help maintain our 0 churn rate.
Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead.
Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth.
Your basic qualifications Fluent level of English and native level of Italian; any other language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Dutch) is a plus.
1+ year experience working in a B2B account management/customer success role.

Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.
Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.

Any other language is a plus.
