Our Key Account Executive must drive profitable market share growth with the assigned Key Account(s) and categories and establish winning partnerships with the assigned and prioritised retailers in line with the ASICS commercial strategy. As an ambassador of the assigned Key Account(s) to internal stakeholders, you will contribute to developing and executing Sales Strategies and focus on joint Category and Strategic Business Planning with the retailers to drive commercial results.

How you’ll help us.

Based in Italy (BOLOGNA )and reporting to the Sales Team Lead , as part of the role, you’ll:

  • Support the development of the ASICS brands' business with the respective key accounts and ensure consistent sales strategy implementation.
  • Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance and ensure customer agreement compliance.
  • Support external communication processes regularly (annual, seasonal, quarterly Sales Campaigns).
  • Manage and drive business analysis and business planning by managing the financial process.
  • Support sell-in meetings, create seasonal product assortments and go-to-market plans and agree on sell-out support in conjunction with the support of the Marketing and Merchandising teams.
  • Understand sales flow and actively look for reorders and closeout opportunities within the customers’ portfolio.

More about you.

  • Qualification in Business or Sports Economics, International Management, Marketing and/or Sales.
  • Two years of relevant work experience.
  • Passion for sport.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Reporting and analytical skills.
