About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Italy. As a Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales revenue for Edwards' TAVI growth by working closely with heart centers, physicians, and hospital staff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize performance and drive tangible results
- Track and manage territory through SFDC, dashboards, and account profiles
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve goals
- Provide market insights and expert advice on competitor products and capabilities
- Negotiate effectively and lead regional workshops to discuss opportunities and motivate growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Business or related experience required
- Experience in commercial positions in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with territory and senior management colleagues
- Strong consultative selling skill set and ability to strategically engage customers and stakeholders in value-based discussions

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
