The estimated annual salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As an Account Executive within our team dedicated to AI and computer vision solutions, your main objective will be to demonstrate the value of these solutions to existing clients and new ones. Your key duties include:

  • Actively prospecting a portfolio of potential clients in collaboration with Key Account Executives
  • Upselling specific solutions to existing clients
  • Participating in RFPs and tenders with cross-functional teams
  • Building strong relationships with integrators and infrastructure providers
  • Ensuring sales profitability and achieving sales targets
  • Developing and maintaining a strong network within the retail industry
  • Participating in client events and trade shows

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Successful experience as an Account Executive, ideally in Retail, Software as a Service, AI, or Computer Vision
  • Familiarity with B2B technical sales cycles
  • Knowledge of the retail industry (a plus)
  • Self-motivation with excellent relationship-building skills across company levels
  • Able to identify solution value for clients and transform it into additional sales
  • High-level personal drive and proactive work methods
  • Possess ability to prioritize strategic tasks
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and partners
  • Fluency in Italian and English
