Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced National Key Account Manager to join our team at Brown-Forman, a leading global spirits company. As a key member of our Off Trade National Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our national customers in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance of assigned customers, executing commercial strategies including pricing/promotions initiatives in line with channel commercial objectives.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting collaboration and maximizing mutual sales and profit through effective transactional and Category approaches.
  • Negotiations: Lead annual negotiation of trade terms and achieve 'win-win' agreements with key accounts, including promotional plans and activities developed in cooperation with Marketing and Trade Marketing functions.
  • Market and Customer Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, providing strategic input to other departments in the company.
  • Performance & Financial Management: Manage customers' P&Ls, conduct regular performance reviews, and collaborate with other departments to maximize results, actively using revenue growth management mindset and tools.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience as a Senior KAM and/or NAM, preferably in the spirits industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the off-trade market and customer base.
What We Offer:
