Regional Marketing Manager South EMEA - MCU Location: Italy (preferred)
NXP is seeking to fill the position of Regional Marketing for the South EMEA region. The position reports into the EMEA GSM Regional Marketing and Business Development organization, with a dedicated focus on NXP MCU portfolio.
The Regional Marketing Manager MCU will be responsible for driving MCU products and solutions mainly within the mass market and distribution. The Regional Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market efforts aimed at increasing demand creation, revenue, and market share within the EMEA Region.
This is a high-visibility role which will collaborate across diverse functions, businesses, and European countries in NXP. The role’s impact and influence are very high, and it is expected to deliver substantial tangible results for the company.
Responsibilities include:
To drive Growth strategy and programs with our key customers and corporate Distributors:
Defining winning marketing strategies for key customers and distributors and ensuring support of account plans to increase processors devices demand creation.
Evangelizing strategy towards key internal stakeholders (e.g., Regional Sales Manager leaders, sales, distribution leaders, Field Application Engineering leaders...).
Ensuring interlock with Sales leaders to drive local presence at key opportunities.
Collaborate with EMEA Sales OP’s and EMEA Distribution Sales teams to ensure EMEA KPI’s are being met - Design WIN’s - are on track to secure NXP growth ambition.
Manage New Product Introduction activities including regionalization of collateral and demand creation efforts:
Define, develop, and execute low touch/no touch – competition attack - marketing programs with the focus account sales team and distribution sales team across EMEA region.
Understand competition offering and provide guidance to sales.
Driving business development directly with customers:
Developing new customers for solutions.
Securing Feedback with the BL for new products definition.
Engaging ecosystem partners and other key influencers to introduce control points (e.g., tender specifications, technical references, reference designs...).
Driving technical marketing initiatives with centralized corporate resources.

Builds strong customer relationships and collaborates to deliver channel and customer-centric solutions.
Anticipates future trends and implications accurately while creating competitive and breakthrough strategies that connect the vision and action.
Operates effectively in times of ambiguity while effectively handling risk, ability to decide and act without the full picture.
Demonstrates high learning agility and strong analytical skills, both technical-literate and business-savvy.
Comfortable navigating within a large company with multi-cultural and multi-national background.
Is a highly self-motivated, self-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced technology environment to drive real-world solutions.
Has a track record of driving impact and influencing at all levels with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Has deep knowledge and experience in setting up effective sales coverage, deployment, structure, and processes.
Ability to set priorities and give measurable guidance to the BL that can provide the highest ROI to the business.
Experience requested:
Business Development and product management in the technology and semiconductor industry are a plus.
Clear understanding of the EMEA semiconductor distribution networks.
English language fluency is mandatory.
Driving sales with a 3rd party distribution network and design houses.
Electrical Engineering background, and MBA a plus.
Good experience in system solutions and solid background with NXP's competition.
Experience with design flow, Microcontrollers, Microprocessors, ARM cores, are all an advantage.
