YOUR MISSION
Build and develop the most talented AM team to win the market in Rome.

THE JOURNEY

  • Have full responsibility and own 360o the business of Top Partners in the Area (more than 70 cities)..
  • Lead a team of 5+ talented people to greatness.
  • Define and pursue the longterm strategy for the Area in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertisement and Operations.
  • Monitor and analyze all relevant KPIs to track progress towards defined targets and find ways to improve the service.
  • Establish and maintain a very close relationship with Top Partners in the city.
  • Stay up to date with market and competitive developments.
  • Be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude.
  • Contribute actively to the teams' development and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make the difference
  • Generate best practices and processes which can be replicated across all areas
  • Lead by example in accordance to our values and set high standards for the team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • You have a solid experience in fastpaced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies)
  • Relevant experience leading cross functional teams with 5+ people
  • A datadriven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
  • You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform.
  • You've got a good judgment and assertiveness and own up to your mistakes facing any situation with an optimistic approach.
  • You're extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding on new topics.
  • You find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multidisciplinary challenges with a great criticalthinking.
  • You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
  • You are always respectful, kind and fair. All of your current and former reports speak highly of you as a manager and leader
  • You have an ambition that makes some people think you're crazy because you are ahead of the edge while inspiring the vast majority.
  • You're an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented with a handson spirit.
  • Excellent English and Italian. Spanish is a plus.
