Per la nostra BU Diabete siamo alla ricerca di un Regional Sales Manager' che andra' a coordinare le attivita' nelle seguenti regioni:
Abruzzo' Lazio' Molise e Sardegna.
Principali responsabilita':

- Sviluppare e implementare un Business Plan trimestrale per l'area assegnata e dei piani individuali per i membri del Team' per impostare e monitorare i risultati 'interno del territorio geografico assegnato.
- Sviluppare previsioni di vendita realistiche' garantendo una gestione delle vendite accurata e puntuale.
- Supportare i membri del team' dando loro gli strumenti necessari per garantire Confidenzialeecenti' attraverso:
Coaching' feedback e follow
- Confidenzialecostanti.
- Contribuire allo sviluppo dei membri del team di vendita e supportare le strategie volte a migliorare i loro piani incentivanti.
- Impostare le strategie aziendali necessarie alla corretta segmentazione e mappatura di clienti e account.:
