About the Role

Ssab Ab is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our sales team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing sales and growth plans for our wear-resistant and high-strength steels in the central and south part of Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic goals for the area and secure yearly sales and marketing targets.
  • Participate in marketing actions and visit workshops and end-users on a regular basis.
  • Analyze and develop the strategy to increase end-user reach.
  • Independently set up sales representations, contracts, proposals, and negotiate offers, prices, and other terms.
  • Document key activities in our customer relationship management system Salesforce.
About You

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual with some experience in sales in the steel, manufacturing, or mining industry. You should have a degree in business administration, economics, or engineering and be proficient in Italian and English. You must be a resident in the central/south part of Italy and have a genuine curiosity to learn more about steel making, properties, and user benefits.
