The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the local market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve sales revenue targets in line with company goals and budgets
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the technical department to ensure high levels of service for existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts
- Manage and participate in pre-sales activities, including deal closing and contract negotiations
- 5+ years of sales experience with a focus on hunting and managing high-level, complex client relationships
- Strong knowledge of the AV and IT industries, including channel and end-user relationships
- Analytical and sound judgment, with a proven ability to deliver against stretch targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
