Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the head office sales officer to implement our business strategy and achieve commercial objectives
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet assigned targets, identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with customers
  • Contribute to marketing communications, providing innovative ideas to enhance targeted commercial operations
  • Visit customers and prospects to create and develop new sales opportunities, expanding our network of contacts
  • Work closely with other Regional Sales Managers to create synergies and collaborations, driving sales growth
  • Collect and share market information, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions
  • Regularly report sales activities to the Sales Manager and/or VP of Sales, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Participate in professional development activities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to drive business success

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in product and/or service sales, with a proven track record of success
  • University degree or Diploma, with a strong understanding of the research industry
  • Strong spirit of initiative, with the ability to analyze strategic and customer development aspects
  • Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Availability to travel, with a willingness to work as part of a team
