About the Role

Arlon Graphics, LLC is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in Italy. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and drive sales within Italy.
  • Manage distribution channels and develop business with existing and new customers.
  • Write end-user specifications and achieve sales value and margin objectives.
  • Execute the sales strategy, achieve revenue targets, and ensure the overall success of our sales efforts.
Key Account Management

Create a strategy to grow key accounts and communicate it to involved Arlon parties.

  • Create strong relationships with key executives in all distribution channels in the region.
  • Lead the execution of plans and report out to all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the creation and execution of joint marketing plans.
  • Help create a culture based on Arlon's core values.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including major distributors and clients.

  • Understand the unique needs of customers and ensure they receive exceptional service.
  • Motivate the distributor network to maximize sales through training, joint customer visits, promotions, and incentives.
Market Analysis and Sales Reporting

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

  • Analyze this information and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Keep up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Regularly prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.
  • Sales education with a focus on consultative or solutions selling.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the graphics signage industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Italian.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work remotely.
  • International driving license and valid passport required.
