Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Kramerasia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales revenues in line with set goals and budgets for your sales area.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key and potential customers in your area and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the technical department to ensure high levels of service for existing customers in your area.
  • Proactively identify and manage end customers, as well as strategic partnerships in sales and implementation.
  • Manage and participate in pre-sales activities, deal closing, and contract negotiations.
Requirements
  • Driven and energetic, with a sense of commitment and ambition.
  • Results-oriented, with a proven ability to deliver against stretch targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Local language and English skills.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on hunting and managing high-level, complex client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Key AV and IT industry knowledge and experience.
  • Solid AV and IT channel and end-user relationships.
  • Analytical and sound judgment.
  • Integrity and credibility.
  • CRM tool, Salesforce, and Microsoft package experience.
