About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Southern Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding sales within the region by selling the Whole Product Experience (WPE) and building out Jamf's Apple Management and Security footprint in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and lead a local Field Sales team to drive growth and optimize sales performance.
  • Work with the Marketing, Sales Development, Education, and Channel teams to generate sufficient pipeline for both Inside and Field Sales teams.
  • Grow existing and new customer relationships and elevate Jamf to a more strategic position within key accounts in the Italian market.
  • Establish and support Individual Development Plans for direct reports and drive initiatives to help reps build sufficient pipeline to hit their quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with Apple executives in the region and key resellers, managed service providers, and integrators.
  • Develop expertise and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at accounts, bridge the gap to executives, and increase Jamf mindshare and gain a more strategic position within all accounts.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of selling experience in related technology industry with demonstrated quota achievement.
  • 4+ years in Regional Sales Manager role and/or people leadership experience.
  • Experience selling indirectly via a strong Channel program required.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills with the ability to build and execute complex sales strategies.
  • Numbers-driven and detail-oriented with experience with customer-centric and solution selling sales methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within a wide variety of organizations.
  • Business level proficiency in Italian and English.
