Our Italian branch is growing and in order to manage and to further strengthen the Sales Team of Central Southern Italy we are looking for a Sales Office Manager able to drive his team to a successful growth, developing high-level contacts and relationships with the aim of generating new business opportunities in one of the most dynamic areas of Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the region.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, and designers to understand their needs and preferences.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of success in sales leadership and management.
  2. Strong understanding of the architectural lighting industry and market trends.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  5. Fluency in Italian and English languages.
