Stiamo cercando una figura di Store Designer da inserire sulla nostra sede di Milano.
**Principali attività e responsabilità**:
Sviluppo della rete di fornitori arredi per la certificazione sulle diverse fasi di processo. In collaborazione con gli enti preposti, supporta la stesura di NDA, il monitoraggio rischio fornitori, la stesura dei listini prezzi e delle condizioni contrattuali, la stesura di contratti quadro con relative condizioni di pagamento, produzione e tempistiche.
Gestione amministrativa direct vendors sulle nuove ricerche e relative stesure di NDA, richiesta di certificati, campionature, accordi di vendita, accordi di produzione, accordi a stock, accordi sui pagamenti. Partecipazione a fiere di settore. Supporto global a store planning locali per la gestione dei rapporti con i direct vendors.
Aggiornamento costante della lista dei fornitori arredi e direct vendors, "new concept suppliers" completi di immagine, codifica valentino e codifica fornitore, costo, dimensioni, tempi di produzione, certificazioni, scheda prodotto, scheda técnica, manutenzione, installazione, NDA, termini di pagamento, contatti. Diffusione ww delle linee guida inerenti alla manutenzione dei materiali/forniture, e relativi contatti con fornitori
**Store Design**: raccolta dalle regions delle informazioni relative agli spazi retail. Verifica della completa e corretta compilazione del Once Approved.
Sviluppo dei layout e rendering, pacchetto esecutivi. Verifica shop drawings dell'arredatore. Verifica del progetto conforme alla normative locali e alle richieste della region ed invio alle Regions per ricezione feedback. Raccolta di campioni inerenti al progetto, preparazione delle presentazioni del progetto.
**Requisiti**:
Laurea in Architettura (corso 5 anni)
Meglio se con Abilitazione alla professione (esame di stato), iscrizione ordine Architetti
Esperienza 2-3 anni in Store planning/design o studio di progettazione
Si richiede esperienza in retail di lusso
Autocad e 3Dstudio Photoshop, Excel, Power Point
