TENDER SPECIALIST (Ufficio Gare)
REQUISITI:
la risorsa ha maturato significativa esperienza nei processi di gare italiane, preferibilmente nel settore sicurezza, possiede approfondita conoscenza del codice di appalti, buona padronanza delle principali piattaforme di e-procurement e dei principali tools informatici.
Requisito indispensabile il possesso di un titolo di laurea ad indirizzo ingegneristico, economico o giuridico.
Completano il profilo capacità di gestione dello stress, propensione all'autonomia, gestione delle priorità e del tempo, disposizione al lavoro in team, padronanza di un linguaggio scritto e orale congruente al contesto di riferimento.
MANSIONE:
la risorsa si occuperà principalmente di
- analizzare la documentazione di gara (bando, disciplinare, capitolato, ecc.) sia autonomamente che in team;
- predisporre la documentazione amministrativa per la partecipazione alle gare di
appalto;
- partecipare alle sedute pubbliche di gara;
- collaborare con l'Ufficio Legale e con gli uffici tecnici e commerciali per la redazione di offerte, contrattualistica, ecc.;
- collaborare alla produzione della documentazione necessaria nelle varie fasi pre e post aggiudicazione;
- gestire l'archiviazione dei documenti.
ORARI DI LAVORO:
Full-time, Dal Lunedì al Venerdì.
ZONA DI LAVORO:
Roma (RM) - area Ovest.
CONTRATTO DI LAVORO:
Contratto a tempo determinato con scopo assuntivo a tempo indeterminato / tempo indeterminato diretto con RAL negoziabile in base ad expertise/seniority maturata.
