Il tuo ruolo
La figura selezionata sarà inserita all'interno del team che si occupa della gestione revenue delle strutture clienti e si occuperà di:
- dinamicizzazione tariffaria attraverso l'utilizzo di RMS interno
- assistenza e gestione clienti
- gestione OTA (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, ecc)
- gestione PMS
Requisiti
Conoscenza strumenti informatici
Conoscenza OTA
Predisposizione alla gestione del cliente
Profilo ideale
Siamo alla ricerca di persone con esperienza pregressa nella mansione (anche breve), provenienti dal settore alberghiero/extra alberghiero e con esperienza nel ruolo di reservation/back office. Richiesta la dimestichezza nell'utilizzo dei principali OTA.
Sede di lavoro: Firenze
Orario di lavoro: Dal Lunedì al Venerdì 9:00 - 18:00 (con 1h di pausa)
