Essential Duties & Responsibilities
La figura sarà inserita all'interno del team Qualità e risponderà al QA Director, e si occuperà del controllo qualità delle produzioni di borse e accessori in pelle e tessuto, gestendo il contatto diretto dei fornitori e occupandosi nello specifico di:
- Controlli inline e controlli finali dei prodotti presso i fornitori
- Partecipazione alle riunioni di risk assessment e pre-production, collaborando con l'ufficio prodotto, ufficio industrializzazione e fornitori
- Implementazione delle procedure di controllo qualità presso i fornitori
- Formazione e training degli auditor qualità interni presso le aziende
- Gestione criticità e risoluzione problemi produttivi
- Comunicazione dei report delle ispezioni e registrazioni sul portale di riferimento
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Esperienza di almeno 5/10 anni come tecnico di controllo qualità in aziende del settore pelletterie con provenienza ideale dal settore lusso. La conoscenza delle calzature non è espressamente richiesta ma è un valore aggiunto
- Domicilio o residenza Regione Toscana
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte presso i fornitori
- conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- dimestichezza nell'uso degli strumenti informatici
- buone capacità relazionali per il lavoro in team
