Job Description:

How you will contribute

  • Support the directtoconsumer eCommerce business development by identifying opportunities for channel growth and strategic priorities.
  • Map out strategic projects focusing on performance marketing, website performance enhancement, and content coordination.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT to execute eCommerce initiatives effectively.
  • Optimize performance marketing channel to drive sales on directtoconsumer eCommerce platform.
  • Develop strategies to optimize the customer journey and enhance user experience on directtoconsumer eCommerce platform.
  • Manage eCommerce project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure alignment and effective execution of eCommerce projects.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to key stakeholders on project progress, performance, and KPIs.
Who you are

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • 35 years of experience in similar role
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce principles, digital marketing strategies, and website analytics.
  • Preferably experience in fashion/eyewear/sport
  • An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
  • A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship
  • Proactivity and problem solving skills
