Per importante società internazionale di sicurezza, stiamo cercando un* Digital Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist entrerà a far parte del team di Marketing Acquisition, a diretto riporto del Responsabile Digital Marketing, e si occuperà primariamente dell'ottimizzazione dell'esperienza degli utenti sulle properties web, analizzando e guidando il traffico verso il completamento di specifiche azioni di conversione. Avrà quindi in carico l'efficientamento del traffico online favorendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business.

**La risorsa si occuperà di**:

- Verificare e implementare le strutture di tracciamento utili a monitorare i dati
- Analizzare i dati e identificare le aree di ottimizzazione per migliorare il tasso di conversione
- Programmare, sviluppare ed eseguire A/B test e altre iniziative/esperimenti CRO per testare variabili diverse
- Analizzare e monitorare i risultati, implementare le modifiche e fornire report dettagliati
- Fornire insight, proposte e brief sulle modifiche di front-end funzionali al CRO
- Collaborare con il team di Marketing Acquisition per migliorare le prestazioni complessive delle campagne marketing
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ambito CRO e Digital Analytics
- Conoscenza delle piattaforme più comuni di A/B Testing (es. A/B Tasty, Optimonk)
- Conoscenza avanzata di Google Tag Manager
- Conoscenza avanzata GA4 e altri strumenti di digital analytics
- Basi di programmazione come HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Conoscenza del web design e comprensione dei principi di UX/UI
- Conoscenza lingua inglese
- Capacità analitiche e decisionali basate sui dati
- Approccio data driven e focus costante sull'ottimizzazione delle performance
- Focalizzato/a e orientato/a agli obiettivi
- Precisione e meticolosità nello svolgimento delle mansioni affidate
- Autonomia operativa e capacità di lavorare in team, per il raggiungimento di obiettivi individuali e di gruppo.

**Completano il profilo**:

- Esperienze pregresse nella gestione diretta di campagne di digital advertising (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic,...) sono considerate un plus.
