Your tasks:

  • Independent processing of all purchasing processes, i.e. obtaining offers, comparing offers, and the subsequent procurement of hardware, software, service, and support.
  • Commercial project support from receipt of order to invoicing
  • Support with project calculations and tenders
  • Preparation of evaluations
  • Analysis of procurement markets and collaboration on projects
  • Supply and order planning in coordination with our project managers
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of supplier management

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business management or related field
  • At lest 2 years of experience in the field of purchasing.
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2);
  • Relevant professional experience in operational purchasing, additional project experience desirable;
  • Good IT skills (including MS Office, ERP systems
  • Dynamics 365 as preferred)
  • Independent, flexible and reliable way of working as well as good negotiating skills
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility as well as communication and team skills
  • Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarise yourself with complex topics
