Per leader mondiale nel Retail, con oltre negozi in 27 mercati e un fatturato in costante crescita, siamo alla ricerca di un DIGITAL INSIGHTS LEAD.

La figura, inserita all'interno del polo digitale del Gruppo e lavorando in sinergia col team di prodotto, si occuperà della strategia omnichannel dei brand europei.

Sarà suo compito tenere traccia dei dati e fornire, sulla base degli stessi, le soluzioni digitali maggiormente innovative e funzionali al business sia in relazione ai canali e-commerce, che Mobile e in store.

In qualità di Digital Insight Lead, dovrà poi:

- fornire accurate valutazioni quantitative e creare report analitici sui canali ed i prodotti digitali in modo tale da supportare il team di prodotto nella definizione delle roadmap e delle priorità di sviluppo per tutte le Business Unit.
- definire le tecniche di tracciamento, della gestione e della configurazione dei tag nonché definire ed sviluppare metodi e report digitali di valutazione dei prodotti.
- tener traccia dei KPI ed estrapolare, dalle analisi dei dati, specifici insight che verranno condivisi in modo chiaro con gli stakeholder aziendali
- collaborare con il team di analisi sito in UK per prevedere gli impatti delle nuove funzionalità digitali con una prospettiva di ROI (tramite l'uso di Google Analytics e Firebase)
- tenere monitorate le tendenze del mercato digitale e presentare i dati tramite presentazioni accattivanti effettuate con l'utilizzo di dashboard interattive (Google Data Studio)
- Integrare i dati provenienti da più canali e condividerli in modo chiaro fornendo informazioni fruibili agli stakeholder aziendali
- Analizzare la digital customer experience per individuare modi utili alla massimizzazione delle conversioni
- Effettuare A/B test, multivariate testing, e personalization.

È richiesta una laurea/master in Economia, Statistica o lauree equivalenti nonché una conoscenza fluente dell'italiano e dell'inglese (sia parlato che scritto).

È necessario possedere una conoscenza avanzata delle metodologie di reporting digitale e valutazione dei prodotti.

Tool: Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Data Studio.
